A blank copy of the Role Outline Questionnaire will be provided to you by your local college HR department.  In addition, an Example Role Outline Questionnaire which you can use as a 'guide' to the style and content required can be provided by your HR department.  Only use this as a reference document, as the content is not to be used to complete your own questionnaire.
