The National Joint Negotiating Committee (NJNC) is changing to the National Negotiating Committees (NNC) following the revised National Recognition and Procedures Agreement (NRPA), resetting the framework for negotiations in the college sector.

The National Joint Negotiating Committee (NJNC) was established to jointly agree terms on issues, such as pay and terms and conditions of employment in Scotland’s colleges in partnership with the trade unions (EIS, GMB, UNISON and UNITE).
